We are “HurlingDC” and are the custodians of this very special Gormanston Hurling tournament setup in 1999 by Denis Forde to initially promote the game of hurling in North County Dublin.
Denis alongside Canice Reid have run this tournament for over 23 years. The tournament caters for Hurling and camogie, children aged 6 to 11. It runs annually in January and February in Gormanton Co. Meath. GAA Clubs from Dublin, Meath and Louth participate. The tournament has 30+ clubs, 160 teams and over 1900 children playing every week.
